All jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. Regular price clothing may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving. To return you MUST have prior authorization. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization or with any questions. Online purchases are NOT able to be returned in our brick and mortar store. ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. You return must be on its way back to us, using the UPS label we provide, within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Please be conscious of makeup and deodorant when trying on items.
Some goods are exempt from being returned. Undergarments, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. Please make final sale selections with care.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and prior authorization. To receive a return authorization you must email email@example.com within 14 days. We will send you a form you must fill out and include in the box along with your receipt. The return must be shipped out and on its way back to us within the 14 days. Packages not shipped within the 14 days, even with prior authorization, will be denied. Rowe reserves the right to deny any return.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ---- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 weekdays.
If an exchange of size is needed, you must also email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization and return instructions. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise you'll be notified and issued a refund. Please notify and ship your exchange back promptly to ensure the item does not become out of stock.
REPLACEMENTS ---- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects immediately upon receiving your order. Send us an email at email@example.com.
RETURN SHIPPING ---- To ship a return, you should use the UPS label we provide so it is trackable. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment. The shipment must be sent out within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable. We can NOT accept online returns in our brick and mortar store, they must be returned using the shipping label we provide.
