ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding final sale items listed below). If you've selected in-store pick-up, please bring your receipt and return your items to the store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Please be conscious of makeup and deodorant when trying on items. Rowe reserves the right to deny any return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ---- Items that are unable to be returned are undergarments, jewelry and sale items. Please make final sale selections with care.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ---- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If an exchange of size is needed, you must also email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization and return instructions. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise you'll be issued a refund.
REPLACEMENTS ---- We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects immediately upon receiving your order. Send us an email at email@example.com.
RETURN SHIPPING ---- To ship a return, you should use the UPS label and tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment if you fail to use our label. The shipment must be sent out within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.
